I fell in love with photography at a very young age. Back then, I loved to pour through our family photo albums. I could sit for hours and hours - mesmerized by the "story" of each captured moment. My grandfather as well as my father always had a camera around their necks so you can imagine how many pictures that I had the opportunity to examine. My grandmother used to pay me 5 cents per picture that I would organize and place into albums for her.
As a teenager, the photography bug had taken hold, I joined my high school yearbook staff and learned to develop my own film. When I became a mom, I rediscovered my passion for photography and have recently decided to start a business doing what I have always loved...capturing moments in time!
My photography style is like me, laid back, casual and FUN - never rushed or super formal. Our session will typically last an hour (or longer, if necessary) giving us a chance to know one another and have some fun. Since I am shooting on location, I want you to feel free to be in your element where you can be comfortable and I can capture some of life's unscripted moments. Feel free to bring along a favorite toy or another prop that represents you to incorporate in the photos and don't hesitate to share with me what you hope to capture during our session.
